Hiiiiii !

I’m day 3 into my Yoga teacher training and I’m tireddd, but in a good way. So for this week’s substack I thought it would be nice to discuss wellness actives that can support the mind, body and spirit.

Wellness advice can sometimes feel overwhelming. These days, it seems like everyone is offering tips, supplements, rituals, and routines—many of which end up stressing the body more than nourishing it.

My intention here isn’t for you to adopt all of these habits. Instead, I invite you to explore what resonates with you in this moment. Take what you need, leave the rest. There will always be an abundance more waiting for you when you're ready :)

  1. Mantra: "How you do one thing is how you do everything."

This mantra has been helping me stay present. It’s a gentle reminder that how I move through small moments reflects how I want to show up in the bigger picture. I choose beauty, I choose grace—and within all of that, I choose now.

  2. Less.

    Less supplements.
    Less screen time.
    Less doing.
    Less everything.

The more I let go and embrace simplicity, the more space I create to receive abundance. Funny how that works.

  3. Morning Movement: Stop Chasing Pain - Link here

I’ve been doing a quick 10-minute routine from Stop Chasing Pain that helps wake up my body, open my lymph nodes for proper drainage, and release any stagnation. I pair it with vagus nerve sounds—something I’m currently focused on healing.

  4. Morning Water

I start my day with warm water, lemon, and high-quality Celtic or Himalayan salt. Lately, I’ve been adding shilajit—but only if I feel called to it. No pressure.

  5. Coconut Oil Pulling

My mom is a dentist, and during my last cleaning she said it looked like I’d just had a cleaning the day before. That completely sold me on oil pulling!

  6. Journaling

If your mind feels cluttered, journaling for just 5 minutes in the morning can work wonders. It helps clear mental noise and brings clarity to the day ahead.

  7. Turn Off Your Phone (When You Can)

You’re not missing out on anything. You’re exactly where you need to be. Give yourself permission to unplug.

  8. Create Small Boundaries

Especially the small ones. Those are the ones that quietly shape the life you’re building.

  9. Remember: Things Take Time

No supplement, routine, or diet will change you overnight. Be patient. All the good things in life take time.
